This demonstration website collects only the appointment-request details you enter (name, contact, preferred date). Do not enter medical information.

• Tracking uses an unguessable reference code; phone-number-only lookup is disabled.
• Internal admin notes are never exposed publicly.
• Notification emails/WhatsApp are simulated and stored as “Not sent — demo mode” until real credentials are configured.
• Demo data can be reset from the admin dashboard.
